How To Become Licensed By

Word Of Life Outreach International

Rules and regulations to be accepted as a licensed minister

by Word Of Life Outeach International:

You must be a legally licensed,

or registered ministry in your country.

or a legally licensed NGO in order to be ordained.

You must provide proof of Identification,

Proof that you are a licensed, or registered Ministry

in your country, & provide necessary

identification documents such as:

*Birth certificate, or legal Personal Identification

(copies only--Do not send original)

* License, or Registration of Ministry, or NGO

(issued by your government)

*Provide complete legal name

(Name on your passport or birth certificate)

NO FALSE NAMES or English names if you

are from another country other than USA.

You must use your country's full legal birth name.

*Provide complete contact information

Please include:

Your name, Your home address, phone, email, and fax

Your Church or NGO Name, location and mailing addresses

Phone numbers, Email, and Fax if available.

*Provide education information:

Such as college certificates,

diplomas of education.

If you fail to provide correct and legal information stated above,

you will not be considered for licensing and your request will be denied.

What is expected of all licensed ministers of

Word Of Life Outreach International:

1. To be honest ministers of God, to live a Godly life according

to the Word of God. No frauds will be accepted.

2. You are responsible for applying for your own visa & passport in

your own country if you want to visit with us. Pastor Jerry Brooking will

provide an invitation letter to you providing that you give correct

information of dates of arrival. Pastor Jerry will also provide

meals for you when you are in Oregon and will pick you up

from the airport when you arrive in the USA (Portland Oregon),

and take you back to the airport when you depart.

3. You are responsible for your own airline ticket. Word of life

does not pay for your flight to and from the USA.

4. You are welcome to visit Word Of Life Outreach in The

Dalles, Oregon, providing you: write a letter to Pastor Jerry

Brooking and let him know the dates you want to arrive.

Pay for your own visa and airline ticket to and from the USA.

Provide Pastor Jerry with all communications about your

trip and time he would pick you up at airport in Portland, Oregon.

5. Do not ever lie, or give false information to Pastor

Jerry or your license will be cancelled.

6. Being licensed by Pastor Jerry Brooking is a privilege, and does

not meanyou gain free access to the USA. It is up to the US

Embassy if you qualify to travel. Pastor Jerry is licensing you so that

you will have a license to further your expansion for your ministry,

not to give you access to come to the USA. He is doing this to help

you go further in your work for the Lord.

7. Pastor Jerry Brooking does not provide funds to you.

So please do not ask Pastor Jerry for funds.

8. Since Pastor Jerry is providing you with a ministers license,

and If you would like to pay tithes to Pastor Jerry Brooking,

you are able to make arrangements for that to support him

since he is licensing you.

8. Applying for your visa and access to go to the USA has

to be done in your country on your own--from the US Embassy in

your country in order to travel. Pastor Jerry Brooking does not

apply for you, or contact the Embassy. You must provide your

own information to get your own visa and passport to the USA.

and one copy of your Ministry or NGO license or registration that

the government of your country has issued to you.

Also include your payment of 20 (twenty) dollars in cash to cover application

and processing fee.

Please Note: The 20 (twenty) dollars is a nonrefundable charge

and if you are not accepted for licensing this fee will not be returned.

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF POLICY FOR 2007:
All ministers who are licensed by Word Of Life International
are expected to pay a membership fee of $10.00 a month plus tithes.This
to help support the ministry and it's expenses, and it helps keep your license current.
